Wear something comfortable that allows you to move freely. No need for special yoga clothes- anything that lets you feel relaxed and mobile is just perfect.
Yoga is usually practiced barefoot, but if you need to wear shoes, we’ll adapt.

We’ll start by reviewing your intake forms, including your health history and goals for yoga therapy.
Then we’ll do musculoskeletal and breath assessments to better understand how your body moves and how you’re breathing.
Together we will create and practice a plan of care utilizing evidence-informed yoga tools that meet your unique wants and goals. You’ll leave with personalized practices you can start using right away.

Yes! I offer both in-person and virtual sessions. Virtual sessions are a great option if you’re outside the area, traveling, or prefer to practice from the comfort of home. It’s easier than you think!

The first 90 minute intake session is $150. Each 60 minute follow up session is $100.
I recommend committing to at least 3 months to truly experience the effects of a regular, personalized practice.
